Start with the next customer
Before choosing colours or layouts, we look at what a visitor needs to know. What service do you offer? Who is it for? What information would help someone decide to get in touch? Those answers shape the pages, navigation and enquiry route.
A local service business may need a focused site with its services and contact details. Another business may need separate service pages or a connection to an existing booking tool. We agree the requirements before deciding on the build.
What a website project can include
The scope can cover page planning, responsive design, clear service descriptions, enquiry forms and domain setup. Mobile use, readable text, sensible image sizes and a straightforward route to contact are considered together.
Search foundations can include descriptive page titles, crawlable content and a sitemap. These help search engines understand a site; they do not guarantee a particular ranking or a number of enquiries. We will also discuss what content you can provide, such as genuine photographs and approved customer feedback.
You can review it as it takes shape
You don’t need to read code to take part. You can review the design and wording, check that the services are accurate and try the main customer journey. Before launch, we check the agreed pages and interactions, including how an enquiry reaches you.
A handover you can follow
We agree what you need to manage and how you will access the relevant accounts. A walkthrough and appropriate guidance help you understand the finished site. Hosting, domain renewals, future changes and any maintenance are explained so ongoing costs are clear.
Local conversation, flexible delivery
In-person discussions are available by arrangement in and around West Yorkshire. Microsoft Teams is a practical option for remote projects elsewhere. Tell me about your business, whether you already have a website and what you would like the new site to achieve.
Your proposal sets out the agreed pages, functions, price and timing. Online payments, complex booking systems and ongoing support need their own agreed scope; they are not assumed to be included.
