Prices are in GBP and include any applicable VAT. These are one-off service fees for the scope described. Third-party costs are separate and agreed with you before work starts.

What is included in a website build?

The quoted package covers the listed pages, mobile layout, an enquiry form, and basic search setup: page titles, descriptions and a sitemap. You supply your business facts, logo and images you have permission to use; I help organise and refine them. Each review round is one consolidated list of changes within the agreed brief.

Domain and hosting connection is included; provider charges are not. You keep access to the accounts and receive the website files and a walkthrough. A content editor, new branding, full copywriting, online shops, customer accounts, complex booking systems and bespoke 3D animation are quoted separately. Search setup does not guarantee Google rankings.

How do you keep an automation project small?

The £495 package uses existing supported connections between up to two tools, with one starting event and up to two actions. We check compatibility and agree the exact steps before you book. Custom integrations, data migration, AI chatbots, complex decisions and additional workflows need a separate quote.

You approve any software subscriptions and usage limits first. Free plans may suit a small workflow, but their limits can change. We agree where a person needs to review the work and how you’ll notice a failed run.

Are there monthly fees or extra charges?

There is no compulsory monthly support plan from Simplefuture AI. Domain renewals, hosting, email and any AI or automation tools may have their own charges. I’ll explain the options and confirm the costs before you choose them.

Website and automation packages include 30 days after handover to report and have me fix problems with the agreed work. New features, content changes, third-party outages and later changes to external services are outside that allowance. Ongoing maintenance or monitoring is optional and quoted separately.

How do booking, payment and in-person meetings work?

Send an enquiry first. We confirm the fit, written scope, total price and timing before booking or starting paid work. Payment arrangements and cancellation terms are included in your proposal; this form does not take payment or create a booking.

The £95 session is delivered on Microsoft Teams. In-person sessions in and around West Yorkshire are quoted separately, including any travel, before you agree. Remote help is available across the UK and worldwide.

Do I need AI, a website, or both?

You don’t need to decide first. We’ll look at what you want to achieve and whether a website, a practical system or advice would help. Sometimes a simpler change is enough.

What does it cost?

A 60-minute online AI session is £95. A one-page website is £495, a business website with up to five pages is £995, and a small automation setup is £495. See what each package includes. Third-party costs are separate, and you’ll receive an agreed scope and total price before paid work begins.

Will AI replace my judgement?

It shouldn’t. AI can produce mistakes. We’ll identify where it is useful, where a human needs to review its work and which tasks should stay in your hands.

What about private business information?

We’ll discuss what information a proposed tool needs and its settings before using real business data. Don’t share passwords or sensitive customer information in your initial enquiry.

Can you help after the website or system is built?

Yes. Training and any ongoing support are agreed in your proposal, so you know what’s included and what would cost extra.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The interactive examples use fictional information and run in your browser; selecting an example does not send an enquiry.

Enquiries are processed and stored by Netlify, our website and form provider. Email is routed through Cloudflare to our Gmail inbox, and business replies may be sent through Resend. Please only include information needed for your enquiry. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list when you contact us.

Fonts are served directly by this website; your browser does not need to contact Google Fonts. The hosting provider may process technical information needed to serve and protect the site. You can email info@simplefutureai.com or use the enquiry form to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have shared. We retain enquiry details only as needed to respond and manage the resulting business relationship or meet legal obligations.
